YTD volume amounts now to approx. EUR 6.4 billion, which thus exceeds the former record of EUR 6.29 billion in 2007. In the final quarter of the year, the volume has so far amounted to slightly over EUR 1.0 billion, while in Q1-Q3, the quarterly volumes amounted to EUR 1.5\u20132.2 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Residential portfolios have been the most traded property sector so far in 2016, accounting for 40% (EUR 2.5 billion) of the total volume.
