In the first quarter of 2025, property transaction volume increased by 33 per cent compared to the previous year, but still only amounted to \u20ac630 million. &nbsp;Foreign investors accounted for over 60 per cent of all property transactions in the first quarter. In the rental markets, outlook remains most positive in residential and industrial property sectors.
