Their 12-month rolling total return was -0.5%, consisting of a 2 percent profit share and a -2.4 percent change in the value of fund units. Valuations stabilized in the second half of the year, with an average H2 change in value of 0.0%.<br><br>The review, created in collaboration with special investment fund managers, KTI and Rakli, aims to increase transparency and improve comparability among special investment funds investing in real estate. <br><br>Read more from the newly published review.
