In early October, the volume already exceeded the total for the entire year of 2025. However, geopolitical uncertainty has driven up interest rates and property yields, which in turn is slowing down the transaction market once again. Occupancy rates for rental housing are improving, while the polarisation of the office market continues and is becoming even more pronounced.
