KTI Customer satisfaction benchmarking

General information

This document describes the procedures according to which KTI processes the personal data it collects from its clients for the purpose of providing the Customer satisfaction benchmarking service. If you wish, you can suggest changes to these procedures or provide KTI with instructions on the processing of personal data. We have described our operating principles, compliant with the EU’s Data Protection Regulation, in the service agreement between the client and KTI and in the service description attached to it. We process the personal data that we collect from you in the Customer satisfaction benchmarking service in accordance with the aforementioned documentation. A description of the general principles of managing confidential information at KTI can be found here. This document specifies these principles with regard to the processing of customer satisfaction data.

Subject and duration of the processing of personal data

Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing the KTI Customer satisfaction benchmarking service.

KTI will retain the personal data provided by the client for 12 months after the end of the service project, after which the personal data will be destroyed and the results will be anonymised.

Nature and purpose of the processing

KTI processes the personal data provided by the client in order to target the survey to the desired target group and to report the survey results. Depending on the target group, customer satisfaction data is collected from tenants either by means of a survey form, an online survey or phone interviews.

Type of personal data and categories of data subjects

The data provided to KTI comprises the contact information of the tenants of KTI’s client. In the case of the rental of residential apartments, the personal data includes the tenant’s name and address and, if necessary, e-mail address. In the case of the rental of commercial premises, the personal data comprises information relating to the contact persons of the client’s tenant company, and the personal data provided to KTI includes the person’s name, employer and phone number and, if necessary, e-mail address. In the case of shopping centres, the personal data includes the tenant’s name, employer and e-mail address.

Subcontractors used by KTI

In accordance with the service agreement between the client and KTI, KTI requires its subcontractors to comply with the obligations of data processors described in the agreement.

With regard to the personal data of its own customers, KTI’s client is regarded as the data controller of the personal data register in accordance with the EU’s Data Protection Regulation and data protection legislation, and KTI and the subcontractor are regarded as data processors who act on behalf of KTI’s client.
