KTI Special Investment Funds Review Autumn 2024 has been published

At the end of June, the combined balance sheet value of the Finnish special investment funds that invest in real estate amounted to approximately EUR 10 billion. In the past two years, special investment funds have faced a cycle of rising interest rates, falling property values and negative capital flows for the first time in their little more than decade-long history.
